We undertake work, both on the Western Circuit and in other parts of the country. Recent expansion has meant an ever increasing presence in London and the South-East, as well as other parts of the country. We pride ourselves on providing a consistently high level of advocacy and advisory work.
We deal with a wide variety of work in both criminal and civil areas, and appear in all courts at all levels.
Criminal work covers the full spectrum from road traffic matters to the most serious offences, including multi-million pounds frauds, drug importations, murder and manslaughter.
Civil work includes negligence and personal injury claims, contractual disputes, insolvency and dispute resolution. We deal with the full range of family cases from ancillary relief to child law issues.

We have a number of members of Chambers who are involved in academic work.
We provide CPD events for solicitors and members of the Bar alike. We are happy to provide CPD training tailored to your individual requirements.
We are fully accredited by the Bar Standards and the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. Our tenants are able to deal with a wide variety of subjects. We can provide individually prepared seminars as well as public CPD evenings.

Chambers has an active policy of expansion in all areas of work. All applications are considered by the Tenancy Committee in accordance with the Bar Council Code for Equality and Diversity. In the first instance however, please contact Timothy Mousley QC (in strict confidence) to discuss the means by which you might apply to join us.
