Robert Bolton practises Criminal Law at all levels and has appeared as Leading Junior in a number of large drugs cases and insurance frauds.

His experience as Counsel within the Royal Navy has allowed him to develop a considerable practice in the Courts Martial of all services.

Robert Bolton is also a fully qualified IFA. He specialises in Pensions, Pre Retirement and Investment Planning and IHT and Estate Mitigation - particularly including use of Trusts. He is an Associate Director of The Pension Drawdown Company based in Torquay but has clients all over the country.
