Simon Foster has 24 years of experience as a Jury advocate. In that time he has prosecuted predominantly but has also defended cases of the utmost seriousness - homicide, drugs, sex, fraud and violence. Simon practises both in London and on the Western Circuit where he is a Grade 4 CPS prosecutor and was appointed a Recorder of the Crown Court in 2005.
