Civil Law: Suki enjoys a varied civil practice and has experience in contractual and company disputes, construction/building disputes, landlord and tenant, employment, debt recovery and personal injury. She has represented claimants and defendants at all levels including multi-track claims and was recently instructed to represent Corona energy in a claim for over £800,000. Suki also has experience in appearing in the High Court and has often appeared in applications for injunctive relief. Suki regularly settles pleadings and advises in all aspects of general civil law and is often commended for her practical, pragmatic and robust advice as well as her quick turnaround.
Suki has also represented interested parties in the Coroner’s court and has represented the family of a prisoner who committed suicide in prison in an article 2 inquest. 
Chancery: Suki undertakes both advisory work and advocacy covering all aspects of corporate and individual insolvency. Suki regularly appeared on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs in the Bristol District Registry in relation to corporate VAT matters, including undertaking the general winding up list as well as applications for rescission and validation orders. She also has experience in dealing with applications for administration.
Crime: Suki appears regularly in the Crown court on behalf of the Crown and defence. She has dealt with serious violent offences as well as serious sexual offences including those against children and is well known for her no-nonsense, feisty approach in cross-examination. Suki also has experience of Courts Martial.
Prison Law: Suki is very experienced in all aspects of prison law. Her practice includes both advocacy and advisory work including applications for judicial review.

Direct Access - As well as working conventionally as instructed by a solicitor, Suki is also authorised to accept work directly from a member of the public or any organisation, generally without the need for, or expense of employing a solicitor as well.

Suki’s wide ranging experience in both crime and civil makes her a very versatile barrister who is able to bring a variety of skills to any case that she is instructed on. She is a confident, methodical and motivated barrister who without fail fights wholeheartedly for her client.
