Tim has been a member of 2 King's Bench Walk all his professional life.  He took silk in 2003 and became Head of Chambers in 2005.

His practice nowadays involves predominantly criminal work.  He brings his experience to bear, both prosecuting and defending, in all types of serious cases.  Homicide, fraud, international drugs offences, money laundering and complex identity theft, and confiscation provide him with a busy practice.  He is instructed by the leading defence solicitors in Hampshire and elsewhere, and by the Crown Prosecution Service in Hampshire, Dorset, the Isle of Wight, and the West Midlands, including their complex case units.

Direct Access - As well as working conventionally as instructed by a solicitor, Tim is also authorised to accept work directly from a member of the public or any organisation.
