



This area of law has been one of immense growth in recent years with an increasing amount of relevant legislation, leading to a rise in the number of hearings taking place. Hearings are becomingly increasingly common in a variety of cases such as fraud, counterfeit goods, money laundering and drugs cases.
All members of chambers are regularly involved in confiscation proceedings at all levels, dealing with Defendants and also representing third parties with an interest in proceedings.
In addition to proceedings and hearings in the criminal courts we deal with High Court proceedings for applications in relation to court appointed receivers, interim applications for the release of privately held funds, certificates of Inadequacy and all other applications relating to criminal and civil restitutional orders.
