We both advise and provide advocacy in this complex and rapidly evolving area of law. Our experience in crime and general common law has been invaluable in our development of regulatory work. We are particularly well placed when proceedings arise both in the criminal courts and in linked proceedings within a regulatory body. We act for
both individuals and regulatory bodies.

We frequently act in cases involving financial regulatory and fraud work. We have extensive involvement in SFO/VAT/Inland Revenue cases, both prosecuting and defending. We are able to deal with all hearings and applications that can arise out of these cases including money laundering and applications relating to assets before the civil
courts.

We do environmental and health and safety work, and are experienced in regulatory tribunals dealing with allegations against a variety of professionals. We are regularly instructed by the Police Federation's Solicitors, and also act for individual officers appearing in the Police Disciplinary Tribunal.
